Pros

1) I was handling the responsibilities of a team lead while holding the position of Sr. software engineer. 2) Benefits are alright.

Cons

1)Did not file my H1B petition after it got picked in pre-registration process and i had to return back here in India from USA. 2) I am unemployed from last 3 months. TFG team sent out an email to me just once and not answering my calls. 3) Work environment was hostile.
