Less project stability Bench period 3 months which is your serving notice period. During bench period they try to push you badly to come to office for 5 days, no matter how you travel. Plus no benefits no clarity on bench time provided by management side. You blindly apply on internal job posting no response from delivery team. If you raise any query whether it is payroll , installation or any request then in that case your query automatically resolved without any communication and it doesn't matter whether you are satisfied with response or not. During joining, hiring team give you some good things that this is a long term project good learning opportunity and all but once you joined after some time client will release you if you receive good appreciation. Your manager will change frequently which is the worst thing here.

Not very supportive HR. No career progression. Lack of motivation.
