The salary is not increased when inflation is high. But when you are going to leave, they want to increase it, but it is too late. The hierarchy is too heavy. To release expense, it took up to level 9.

Cons

The work given does not equal the pay this company gives. Literally pay you scraps and your quote on quote manager within the company is non-existed. Don't expect the manager to rate you fairly either because the whole business is designed to keep you trapped. Lastly, don't expect HR at least the one in New York to give a damn about your mental well-being. You are just a number to them.
