Pickup drop, Good work, no pressure, you can easily get the leave if you have proper reason.

Cons

Not good hikes. Times it becomes very monotonic , bell curve is a big waste thing.

Good initial training in MLA if joined as fresher. Inhand salary is descent as compared to other same tier companies. Nothing apart from this.

Cons

No recognition of your hard work. As most of the service based company it's purely manager's (PM's) dominated company where manager's and the onsite people from the project will act like as god. Pathetic HR policies. Horrible bench policy, if mistakenly you get into bench then you may be asked to leave the company at any point of time.
