Technologies being used were good. The team was good although it was mostly new.

Cons

This specific project closed down after going on for 2 years or so. The work was being shared by HP and Mphasis. Due to the work being done in iterations, sometimes there was lot of work and sometimes no work. There was no clear visibility into the future of the project. The number of non technical people were much more than the technical people, which is strange for a development project. The project finally closed down, as was the case with most other projects in Mumbai office.

- As Company Mphasis is Growing - You can easily survive and come in comfort zone

Cons

- Compensation,bonus,Growth do not expect - Managers give preferences to people working hard and performing instead when you ask they give excuse and say people are waiting in queue for promotion for more than 5 years and they will be prefered. - Promotion percent grows\reduces as when manager wants to, so eventually u never get any.
