Very strict policies, bench policies are horrible, no job security, no own transport.

Pros

Mphasis time flexibility is awesome and I believe no other Indian company have this way.! Freedom of work is there here. The dress code here is another good point. There is freedom for you to come in polos even on a Monaday!

Cons

The projects here are mostly support or enhancements. They are now catching up big fishes, howeve needs some more improvement. HR Team needs to me more supporting and should undersatand the employee's skills The policies are not really good and your reporting manager doesn't take inputs from the manager under whom we work for appraisal Groupism is there based on language/state.
