1>Great place to develop as a fresher. They recognize you 2>Not much stringent on your dress code etc. Flexible life, work life balance

Cons

1>No facilities other than work. Its only a place to work but no enjoyment. Bad for non workoholics 2>It should distant itself from other service companies and try to recognize individuals more.
