some of the senior management is ok , employee problems are discussed quite frequently ( that doesnt mean he is satisfied ) , transport service is good

Cons

not so good infra , compensation could have been better , work load on an average is high , not much scope to develop or improve , no rewards or appreciations or hikes :P
