I had a very bad experience with my Manager. Lack of employee motivation with perks. Didnt get any appreciation for the hardwork.

Very good training at Mangalore, but very poor utilization. It is like being trained for baking and making 'Pudding', but being used for utensil cleaning. Disgusting due to non-technical RMG.
