1. Work Life Balance 2. Comfortable working hours 3. Get short time onsite visit (45 days - depends on projects)

Cons

1. No recognition from work 2. Promotion will be influnce on local people. 3. No commitment from Management. 4. No Help from immediate manager and one level up manager in time of crisis. 5. SKIP level meeting never work.[people raise their voice will be getting less rating in appraisal.]

Join if you are looking for a break from hectic work. Good place if you are looking for support work.

Cons

If you are good technically, then think twice before joining. Freshers and junior employees are not treated well. Salary packages are very less compared to the competitors. Overly depended on HP for business.
