It's good for Experienced folks as they get paid more.. and again it depends on the tech stack you worked on

Cons

The company lacks work-life balance and offers no salary hikes. They initially promise deployment into a specific tech stack but often assign employees to support projects instead, which may not align with their technical skills. The bench policy is particularly harsh. Employees are placed on the bench without a clear reason, and their salary is deducted in phases. In the first month, they receive only 75% of their pay, which drops to 50% in the second month, and by the third month, they receive no salary at all. Moreover, there are very few projects available for deployment, making career growth and stability highly uncertain. The fun fact? HR might even call you and ask you to post a positive review on Glassdoor—despite the reality being far from what they portray.
