Management can do what they like and get away with it; too much politics and backbiting; treating employees like fools - even the proposed May hike is all hype; lack of promotion, career growth and recognition; lack of clear direction from HP;

There is good Job security in the company. There is Not much work pressure. No Office timings maintained in the company.

Cons

No Hikes for 2 more years. same is announced by Balu Ganesh Ayyar, CEO in the town hall. No designation changes. Managers will not recognize the actual work done by professional. Complete Politics in the management. Those who are good with the management and good contacts with the managers, will be getting good recolonization in the company.

Job Security, Moderate Work Pressure Given Bonus this year, inplace of increment. Good bench policy, lots of projects, will be placed somewhere.

Cons

Very Less or you can say No Growth. Growth interms of responsibilities. People doing same work for years. No onsite opportunities. No hike for last 2 years.
