      Fresher's never join

      Pros

      Satisfactory infrastructure at all locations. but not compared to other competitors.

      Cons

      Fresher's talent is not recognized and will blindly be pushed into support. Very few development projects . Talent recruitment team(TFG) is worst. Managers play lot of politics to Dave their position and will blame others for his/her mistake. Uses very old technologies in projects like perl , mfc,Java. Not yet started with cloud technologies , devops , bigdata . Even if a fresher is good at some technology he/she won't get chance to work in it. Major business is support.
