Less Pressure in the organization. But that too depends on the project and manager. As per me I have got cool managers till now

Cons

No one is getting any hike or increment. Variable pay can be 0% many times. 40-50% you might get some times. A very few times you will get around 90%. Everyone is trying outside. No one is satisfied including the managers.
