Right from your designation upto your compensation, everything is a cheating game. You will feel miserable if you are in Mphasis.

If lucky you get into some support project where there's no work absolutely. Still get paid for doin night shifts.

Cons

No development projects. Only support and freshers are put on it where no techinical knowledge is required. A BPO kind of envirnment for freshers...Lame reasons by seniors managment when questioned about the kind of jobs given for freshers.
