Get Salary on time that's it.

No salary hike since COVID-19. Variable pay has been reduced to less than 50% and rarely goes above 90%. No Variable Performance Pay (VPP) given for multiple quarters. Lack of employee perks. Minimal appreciation for work done. No promotions since COVID-19. No gaming zone or recreational facilities. Micromanagement from higher authorities and clients. Poor management practices. Reduced onsite opportunities
