Pros

Some teams are supportive, and there are learning resources available. Onboarding process is smooth, and initial training is helpful.

Cons

Employees are kept on the bench for extended periods without project assignments. After long bench time, some are placed on PIP unfairly. Even after successfully completing the PIP, projects are still not assigned, and employees are eventually terminated without proper justification
