Below average salary High insurance premiums Good salary goes only to manager level, so managers will make sure ppl will not be promoted. You would hear word CAP all the time in this company. Worst bench policy. GC only to managers

I was there for 4 years and worked on most of the things. From Technical to Project Management . You get to know many things, how to handle situtation and various technology. Easily you can move across various domain and technology.

Cons

Salary is not as per the market standard.
