Pros
If you are keen on learning, receiving exposure to newer domains, this is a good place to be. Depending on the vertical / tower you're in, you may have minimal to no micromanagement (especially in the APPS tower). The same cannot be said about other towers.
Cons
This company became overtly dependent on HP's line of business, as though without HP they couldn't even hold their own brand name. The sales teams look at the easier pickings (HP contracts) to fill their quotas -- instead of bringing in more NEW business. ZERO retention policy. They did nothing to retain their brightest -- a big shame.
