Great communication between leadership and team members! Jeremy has a gift for setting the example and taking initiative! Not very many business owners take the time to trian and invest personally into each employee. It's rare!

Pros

They care about there employees. They invest back into there employees. Benefits are good with a 401k. Pay is good if you’re willing to juggle the work. Good vacation and comp time. They provide all the tools needed to succeed.

Cons

You will be on call. You don’t always know what time you will be off. The job requires a lot of responsibility and maturity so a person needs to be self motivated.

$$Amazing Pay$$, PTO, Retirement, Health, The Boss really cares about his employees and our family, Culture is top-notch, lots of after-hour fun events, Bonus programs, and Faith-based ownership just to name a few.

Cons

You have to be good with people to do well here... I'm sure there are some other CONs, but they are outweighed by the good that the bad doesn't matter.
