Pros

Training, dealing with customers, something different every day, as long as the system is followed you can build a great relationship with your customers. I work for a great franchisee who understands that we must use the system provided in order to be successful.

Cons

service pricing is on the higher end of the scale but not the highest, when busy it's hard to show value
