Mr. Electric is an absolutely amazing place to work. We have a wonderful work environment. They compensation is beyond anything I could have ever hoped. The medical benefits are the best that I have ever seen or had for that matter. I love this place and I would never dream of working anywhere else. This has been the job that I have been looking for my whole life. This is definitely a employee based company. Our core values mean a lot to us and we live by them not only during work hours but in our daily lives outside of work. It is such and amazing work environment with absolutely wonderful people. I can not say enough good things about Mr. Electric. Simply put chance of a lifetime.

Pros

It’s a really energetic team and feel that the owner and management as well as all employees are really focused on moving forward. Work flow is great and will only get better from here. Plenty of opportunities to make great money and you have a sense of knowing they all stand with you.

Cons

No cons that I can note. It’s truly a great community and company.
