-Calgary Manager is a caring individual and good to work with -Service Experience growth -Other techs support each other & can confer on technical issues

Cons

-Promises of $45 an Hour used as a lure -Try to persuade you to put in free hours for "performanced based" pay (...Dont do it!) -On Call for NO Money -Pay for your own cell phone -Everything you do will be critiqued & assessed -Lucky if you are paid on time

The best electrical job for the best electricians

The freedom to estimate your jobs as a former estimator I love this. Performing the work yourself a lot of people may not understand this but this is the best way. Company offers a very competitive retirement 401k. Working with great people. I have to say that our commander mr Weeks Not only a good boss and a good person but his ability to train and communicate with his employees makes him a very exceptional boss. Also someone who makes the workplace fun and exciting. How many people can say they love their job and are excited to do their job on a daily basis At mr electric this is not a dream this is reality.

Cons

Sometimes the work can be slow but I wouldn't say this is a con by any mean this is more for you to catch your breath before the next wave hits.
