They won't fire you.They just won't give you any work until you can't afford to work there anymore. When I hired on, I told the owner of the company that I fixed things.I don't just replace them because I don't know how to fix them and he said that's good, that's what we do here.Come to find out that's not what everybody does.Most of the guys don't know how to troubleshoot and fix problems so they just replace everything at the home owner's expense of thousands of dollars. I was told multiple times don't worry, it's not your money.It's their money they've got it to give. That's really a terrible way to treat your customers and at the rates that they charge Sending out an inexperience one or two year guy It's crazy. They're excused when they give You when the call is trash they say "Well it's an opportunity to make money."
