Professional Company With Great Benefits & Coworkers
Pros
The benefits are tremendous from health care, to 401-k match, to great compensation as well as a terrific work environment and great employees. The pay is higher than what I would receive at other Electrical Companies and the leadership has a great vision on how to make each of us successful at what we do.
Cons
The team is very professional, which does come with more responsibility and a more stern policy on displaying a level of professionalism including a uniform, clean clothing, a nice clean vehicle (provided by the employer), etc. While I actually enjoy this since it makes me appreciate my job more, it is not for everyone since some people prefer to wear whatever, look however they want and present themselves in whatever manner they feel is appropriate (but that's also what makes us different).
