You get to work by yourself a lot

Cons

They operate and function like a cult. You do all of the work, meaning you drive to the jobs, diagnose the problem, bid it, present it, gather material, do the work, take payment, ask for a review, and you only make like 20% of the profit minus gas and material. Too much work for too little of the job.
