      Pros

      High quality products and people. There's lots of opportunity to grow with the company. I enjoy the supportive environment and feeling a part of a winning team.

      Cons

      With new ownership and management, there continues to be change. However, it's all been positive.

      Great place to Work!

      Pros

      Great team to work with; competitive pay; love my hours; and lots of little extra perks (donuts, pizza, county fair tickets, Christmas and summer bonuses, sometimes free product, vendor gift giveaways, MGK t-shirts, etc.).

      Cons

      New employees should have a "buddy" assigned to them to help them find their way around for the first couple of weeks . . . someone to answer their questions and to take breaks with.
