Great employees, some really poor middle management

Pros
The other employees and workers were great. The work was not too difficult or stressful. Winter is a slow season, so if you are really into winter sports or hobbies like ice fishing, that works out great.
Cons
Some of the middle management was dishonest, and did not treat all the employees evenly. Some people seemed to engage in gossip and bad behavior purely out of boredom or their own compulsiveness.
