Pros

Okay pay Generally very sweet staff Payed training

Cons

Hours aren't garnered They make things look perfect from the retail side though I wouldn't do anything but basic staff or lead as the further you move up the more stress you'll have and realize how much they really don't have themselves together. Company seems to be hanging on by a thread Paying to much into new business(grooming and delivery) instead of paying employees

Thank you for your feedback. As team members are offered the opportunity to grow in our stores, that does come with more responsibilities and adaptation to different types of situations. This is why we offer support through other store managers, district managers, and our HR department. If you have specific feedback you would like to share about management, please reach out to our HR team at HR@mudbay.com.

Pros

Small net of employees, store discount.

Cons

Low pay and they pick favorite employees "Family Members" your experience does not matter to them even if it's a safety issue. You will pick 3 to 4 orders a day also having to build the pallets for delivery and your timed, you have to replenish at the end of the day. They still use pin and paper for the orders.. no scanner as you pull the orders, you have to check each SKU.

Pros

Cons

Does not require employees to be fully vaccinated Customers who refuse masks can stay in the store Only 5 days of covid pay even if you have to quarantine Customers that cough on you and spit at you allowed to stay 90% of store employees are white attractive females You are expected to constantly work with 0 down time No break room so you have to eat outside to follow covid regulations No water allowed up front with you Low pay for expensive cities (Portland $15.15 an hour) Claim its employee owned but no one can explain what that even means
