      Poor work life balance. Poor management from executive leadership. PTO accrual is a joke.

      Can grow strong relationships with other coworkers that work in your store, get to see cute animals

      Cons

      Cannot trust the company and home office leadership, a lot of nepotism, high turnover, only hiring part-time employee to not have to provide benefits of a full-time employee, no reliability in the number of hours you'll work, shift can change on a dime, zero trust and value

      Working with pets, great store discount.

      Cons

      Constant drug abuse around location. Hours are not guaranteed which means benefits are not. I met a lot of people with a negative mindset who didn't want to be there. Constant call outs which puts pressure on team. Lack of information from executives. No job security. Laid off an entire team of delivery hours with little notice. As i was leaving, teams were to sign a form about hour reduction or full time but transfer to other stores without reimbursement and if you signed and got laid off, you wouldn't be able to get unemployment benefits. Also, tried to transfer to other stores. Was told I would have to resign and reapply. Not guaranteed.
