Helping customers with their pets health issues and dietary requirements, Dog are amazing as always.... love to see them in the store !

Cons

Need a more clear cut training program. Leads hired from the outside need to be able to be able to understand their own job before expectations are evaluated. the ability to run the team will come in time. I imagine this is store specific, but backbiting and backstabbing between employees is a real downer and makes you wonder if you have made a mistake choosing to work here.

Flexible schedules, casual office, growing company, lots of opportunities for career expansion, outstanding co-workers (we really work well together) and, of course, dogs in the office!

Cons

Oftentimes, there is a lot of work to be done. With a growing company, that just happens. However, the benefits far outweigh the disadvantages.
