      Pros

      The staff in the stores are what make Mud Bay great for customers. They are excellent people with good hearts.

      Cons

      Upper management takes advantage of the generosity and good hearts of its employees at store level. This is shown through pay and scheduling.

      Pros

      Most of the people are great and getting to pet all the dogs. Days go by fast there is always something to do.

      Cons

      They are growing faster then they can handle. They have a hard time keeping things in stock and keeping good staff around. 11 days of PTO and this includes sick time.

      Pros

      You are really well educated in everything about pet nutrition. Most of the people are amazing to work with. The discount is wonderful. Green Light Courses mean you are always training & learning Promotions within the company Many opportunities if you are an artist, enjoy planning events, or being creative.

      Cons

      They are growing to fast with out fixing internal problems. Not enough career pathways for Oregon stores. Big ideas but not thought out well before executing sometimes. Manager's and above have way to much work load and no work/life balance. Below that you will have a work/life balance.
