      Terrible customers or condescending and demeaning and District management want you and your staff to be a punching bag for them.

      Pros

      If you have a good manager and team, it can be a fun and healthy place to work. You get a really good discount on all products. (40%). Online training has some good info

      Cons

      When you are interviewing for a position at a certain location they don’t tell you that you’ll have to work at other stores in the area. Some locations have very dis functional teams. Certain store locations do things differently than others which can confuse and frustrate customers who then take it out on the staff.
