Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you didn’t enjoy your time with Mud Bay. We work hard to ensure that our Muddies are treated fairly and consistently across all of our locations. Our on-staff veterinarian Dr. Katy has been in the veterinary field for nearly two decades, with experience in both general and emergency medicine. She has additional education in food therapy, food safety, pet behavior, and small animal care. Dr. Katy partners with our Category and Learning & Development Teams, among others, to provide thorough, accurate, and informative information for our Muddies and for our customers. We welcome questions and feedback on any information that isn’t thought to be accurate, and do our utmost to ensure that the health and happiness of dogs and cats remains one of our top priorities. We are also proud to use the MIT living wage calculator in our pay structure, which is updated annually and calculates cost of living for individuals by county, including variables such as food, childcare, health insurance, housing, personal care items and other necessities. We also offer opportunities for promotion as another avenue for team members who would like to increase their earning potential.
