Company values, training, internal promotion opportunities, employee autonomy to make judgement calls, individual teams often feel like family - they hire good people and value inclusion

Cons

Poor company communication, slow and unrealistic exec level planning and decision making results in frequent need to pivot and being slow to accomplish company goals and promises, the combination of these plus high turnover has led to poor company culture in the last 4 years

Culture, discount, pay, team AND WORK LIFE BALANCE!

Cons

A lot of the longtime muddies are ungrateful. Lots of store to store drama. Muddies are very sensitive.

Great environment to learn and grow. Its is ok to make mistakes so we can develop. Focus on leadership skills. So rewarding to help animals heal. Promotes from within. Fun is encouraged

Cons

Need more staff budget to accomplish goals. There is a lot on people's plate from staff to manager, can be stressfull to meat expectations
