Pros

Great experience gained from the training program called the First Year Journey. Customers were amazing, and you developed better relationships with customers than your co-workers. The animals that would come in really made your job and days great.

Cons

You were required to work in multiple stores. Made it difficult to develop bonds with a team of your peers. Expansions caused the executives to care less and less about their people. Each stores labor was cut so much that you felt stressed trying to complete tasks, and that affected the customer service. They began a HUGE focus on DEI, which is great, however if you were straight and white you were genuinely pushed to the side, and there was less and less opportunity for you to be promoted.
