      You get to see dogs at work and learn about how to better care for your animals and help the health of others

      Pros

      Team oriented, and employee owned! They really care about customers, employees, and the pets we served. Very holistic and cares about everyone.

      Cons

      I honestly can't think of any downsides. I loved working there so much, the only reason I quit was because I moved somewhere a Mud Bay wasn't nearby.

      Flexible scheduling, long term growth if you're looking to be promoted in the company. Training is more advance than most companies

      Cons

      Customers are frequently irritated due to covid related shortages, so management teams make growth impossible with several nepotism hires and leadership positions held.
