Pros

I enjoyed my time with MudBay. Their hourly pay scale was good and I was able to work a 40 hour work week. They offer advancements to those willing to put in the work and it could be a lifelong career if so chosen.

Cons

It's retail so I worked every weekend and holidays.

Thank you for your review. We are happy to hear that you were satisfied with your time with us. Mud Bay stores are closed for four major holidays: 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s. We also close early on Labor Day, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve. We do our best to work with Muddies’ individual scheduling preferences and balance them with the needs of the business. Should we ask a Muddy to work a Holiday, they are paid time and a half which is something we are proud of to keep our Muddies happy and ensure them they matter!
