Awesome culture, amazing coworkers, easy-to-sell products, treating pets all day long, and a job that is fulfilling and that you can build a career with from the ground up.

Cons

Pay could be better, role expectations and time management are difficult coupled with callouts.

Pros

I loved my time working at Mud Bay. They take very good care of their employees, and the store I worked at was a fun and supportive environment (even during the crazy days of the pandemic). Plus, you get to pet dogs.
