      Company changed, and not for the better...

      Pros

      Discount, Mud stock, family/employee owned, getting to learn a lot & help animals.

      Cons

      Insurance for Family is INSANE, environment changed drastically, they stopped caring for their employees I was treat so bad while pregnant I almost lost my son, they acted like I was making up my preeclampsia & symptoms. After almost 5 years of dedication & multiple promotions I was suddenly treated awful for becoming a parent & growing my family. Customers felt it too, and personally reached out to me.

      Seeing dogs every day Okay store discount

      Cons

      - Once you hit ASM or SM, District managers and executives don’t take you seriously - Mud Bay will not fire any staff or will go to excruciating lengths to give problem offenders tons of chances -What your district manager says goes, you don’t get a choice of what happens in your store
