Small company and growing fast. Great place for animal lovers to work. Very flexible. AMAZING discount on pet food.

Cons

Lots of cliques in management and if you're not in, you're not in. Many ideas are over complicated and hard for my store to implement.

Like-minded colleagues, autonomy to make decisions, amaazing store discount (if you have pets this is the job for you), lovely customers, guaranteed fur baby cuddles daily!

Cons

Management changes often, and it always felt as soon as the team was cohesive and well-adjusted, the manager would transfer and we’d have to start over again
