      Pros

      Good benefits, get to pet dogs and cats all day, very welcoming work environment. Amazing discount on pet food and supplies. Pet Insurance. Excellent on-the-job training, pretty good feedback, and review process.

      Cons

      Compensation. Mud Bay is allegedly working on compensation, but they have a long way to go. It feels like the home office doesn't listen to Muddies, and makes decisions that affect the whole company without considering the whole company.

      Get to pet cute dogs, I really support their mission in theory but I feel that in practice employees get left behind and forgotten

      This company is experiencing some growing pains as it expands. All stores are expected to operate in similar parameters but often each team becomes their own island.
