Pros

Some of the employees are nice.

Cons

This company prides itself on underpaying their employees and expects overtime (with little to no compensation) from the ones who want to rise up in the company. The work environment is horrible and I was stressed the entire time I worked there.

It's a job we get to go home

The tools are old and broke no equipment is all rigged Smokey treat use like anamels and the floors have big holes in them witch breaks are backs

Pros

Mueller is a great place to gain work experience. Most Mueller employees are great to work with.

Cons

Mueller operates very lean which is great for investors, but tough on employees. Mueller does not offer many advancement opportunities.
