Pros

Great flexibility. The work day starts between 7 and 8:30 am.

Cons

Men normally get promotions with pay increases while women tend to get lateral moves without any pay increases.

No Future

Pros

Not many. It's a job I guess.

Cons

Too many to list: low pay, well below average, insurance goes with no cost of living raise in at least 3 years. Management is militaristic, will not engage or even speak to regular employees (unless you are a young female), long hours, leaving you dead tired, in the summer (no air) the heat is stifling and oppressive. Of course, offices have A/C. Breaks are too short, bonus plan is a joke.

Solid Company, Slow Growth

Pros

Solid company with stable prospects.

Cons

Not growing much or quickly, so personal growth suffers as there isn't much chance to move up.
