Cons

Engineering managers tend to be promoted solely based on how long they've been at the company and the fact that, "they're a good engineer." Unfortunately, being a good engineer doesn't necessarily translate to good people or management skills. This leads to poor timeline management and a lack of dependable leadership. Lots of projects, but not enough engineers often results in a excessive overtime when projects are being deployed. Up to 45 hrs/month of overtime are unpaid, which doesn't feel great.

There are internal update meetings that Mujin employees can attend, also our HR seems to start the QR session for employees. I feel grateful to see that they have been trying to be transparent more and show their appreciation to the employees feedback.

Cons

If the internal information leaked somehow, those new attempts have to come to the end. I hope everyone respects the new try!
