Pros

- Good opportunity to see a company with good appearance has darkness inside

Cons

The company will prepare lots of things in advance, before they decide to remove/dismiss an employee. They will downplay and under-evaluate your performance in two consecutive performance evaluations, and then put you in the "Performance Improvement Plan", and then finally for another 6 months, kick you out. In America such practice might seem legal, but in Japan such wrongful termination should be 99.9% illegal. Be sure to consult an employment lawyer, when such unfortunate things happen to occur to you. Also try best to collect evidence and materials to protect yourself, when you are at work. Because if Mujin does not want you, they will collect everything and do everything against you. Stay prepared! Good luck!

Good for you if you're in SW

Pros

Nice, motivated members to solve customer problems at the highest speed. Challenge yourself solving realworld complex problems, which's a mixed of software-hardwardware-SOP.

Cons

Good for you if you're one of the developers, all advertised benefits are for you. You're living in a 1st-world shell. For people who will go and deploy the system, minimal benefit. And brace yourself to deal with sudden processes changes or your support dev going away because of some far-away "high priorities" dictated by the management.

Focus on work is prioritized, but titles are excessive

Pros

The ability to focus on work; arrangements are made to ensure one can concentrate on matters related to sales.

Cons

There are too many job titles—Senior, Principal, Sub-leader, Leader, Head... the list goes on. While I understand the desire to maintain control through these titles, the sheer number of them actually suggests that such control isn't working effectively. Furthermore, although these roles were created to accommodate talented engineers, it appears we have reached the limit of how many can be sustained.
