      Multi Media is an amazing company and I am grateful to be part of it. They treat their employees as part of a family. The benefit package is superior to any other I have worked for.

      Great company to work for!

      Pros

      Multimedia is a super exciting company to work for! Our websites and scale present quite a few hard technical challenges, and the engineering team is very supportive and friendly. Multimedia is also very good at having streamlined processes so engineers can focus on efficiency without tons of unnecessary overhead, but still feel confident in what they're doing. We also take work/life balance seriously and can use the flexibility of working remote and our other benefits to live your life while still performing at a high level. There are also lots of opportunities internally to grow and learn!

      Cons

      (could also be a pro depending on personality) but the engineering team is not very chatty outside of designated meetings.

      Fun Fast Paced Challenging Environment

      Pros

      - ability to grow and practice technical skills with code that will eventually be used by millions of users - management works to set you up for success, regularly providing feedback and opportunities for testing projects outside of the regular day-to-day testing tasks - great team of high performers that also engage in virtual social events periodically - fun site and industry to work within - never a dull moment! - fast paced environment with a lot of hands-on testing. You'll never just test one piece of the site everyday which helps prevent things from getting mundane. - work / life balance is very important to leadership

      Cons

      - Fast pace can sometimes be exhausting, but leadership does promote taking breaks and other methods to help with that occasional fatigue.
