      Decent pay and good benefits

      Cons

      They're bullies. They never talk to you and when they do they're rude and act like they're better then you. Training is a joke. They're really inconsistent and everyone is unorganized. They hire their friends and relatives so you can't even talk to anyone about it

      No two days are the same, lots of sub-companies to work for and explore under the Multi Media umbrella Excellent benefits and wellness perks for remote employees

      Anxiety-inducing workplace and leaders Last-minute requests and deadlines are the norm OT expected (not paid if salaried) Hierarchy in full-force (last in, first out)

      Pros

      - Value employee opinions and trust the people they hire as subject-matter experts. - Great Benefits and above market-value Compensation - Every part of the team up to leadership is involved in - Very fast growing but still upholds employee's work/life balance. - Personal Growth is very important to management and upper leadership.

      Cons

      - Currently all work is Remote, so new hires will have not met any coworkers or team members in person. - Leadership does not do noteable company-wide announcements on company goals or achievements so sometimes I get the feeling we're all a little lost in the sea of work with no overarching goals to unify us as a company.
