      The Don't Stand Behind Their Anti-Harassment Policy

      Depends on who your manager is...

      Cons

      Anti-Harassment Policy is useless you are expected to work with all providers or find a different job. Low staffing is expected as they need to"decide" if it's busy enough spent many years working for 4 providers as the only MA. They don't care about your mental health and burn out.

      Benefits, pay was decent (if you’re young with no kids)

      Cons

      Hierarchy between medical staff and everyone else. Supervisors would either micromanage or be completely absent, obvious sexism, sexual harassment complaints went un dealt with, manipulation based tactics from supervisors to newer employees who didn’t know/read their union rights.

      Cons

      Multicare doesn’t want to work with the union Managers and supervisors don’t appreciate and undervalue the good staff members and over value the bad. No bonuses and can’t meet hourly wages at other local hospitals to keep and get talent.
