Pros

The company is a great place to learn the automotive manufacturing business, and the company offers decent salary and benefit packages to permanent (non-agency) hires.

Cons

There is virtually no chance of advancement for administrative staff. The only way to advance is from the tool room - you could become VP if you are a tool & die maker. If you have a university education outside of engineering, you will never progress beyond entry-level.
